Agreement Overview
This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you and AIPixel. By using AIPixel's website (the "AIPixel Website"), you agree to be bound by and abide by this Agreement and all future agreements governing use of the AIPixel Website. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, please do not use this Site.
Use of content
You agree that all information, data, text, messages, articles, software, photos, videos, graphics, music, sounds and any other materials or services posted on the AIPixel Website (collectively, "AIPixel Content") are the property of AIPixel and its licensors party’s exclusive property. User-provided content
Information, text, messages, articles, photos or other materials provided by you or other users (collectively, "User-Supplied Content") are the sole responsibility of the provider. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User-Supplied Content that you submit to the AIPixel Site, and that you or the owner of any such User-Supplied Content grants to AIPixel unlimited, unrestricted rights.
Behavioral restrictions
You agree not to attempt to access any AIPixel systems, programs or data that are not available to you. You represent, warrant and undertake that you will not directly or indirectly upload, post or transmit, distribute or otherwise publish through the AIPixel Website any material that:
(i) restricts or inhibits any other user from using and enjoying the AIPixel Website;
(ii) is illegal, Threatening, abusive, defamatory, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, pornographic, profane, sexually explicit, indecent, or otherwise prohibited by law;
(iii) constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate the law;
(iv) infringes, plagiarizes or violates the rights of a third party, including without limitation copyright, trademark, patent, right of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right;
(v) contains viruses or other harmful components;
(vi) contains Any information, software or other material of a commercial nature;
(vii) is unsolicited email ("spam");
(viii) constitutes or contains a false or misleading indication or statement of origin.
